Sinus / pressure headache and sore throat without other symptoms?

For three days I had a sinus headache, as you get when you have fever and if you move too fast head hurts, and a little sore throat that feels kind of tight, but I felt good otherwise and I'm fine doing my daily routine, unless I move my head too fast lol.
