The Clear Distinction Between A Migraine And A Chronic Tension Headache

Get enough sleep at night and here too, ensure that you re comfortable so as not to worsen the tightness in the muscles
Finally, see a doctor if you re headache becomes more frequent and severe. Although quite a few over-the-counter drugs do work, if the headache is persistent it s best to get the advise of a doctor, as it is likely to be a chronic tension headache.
