Stress Headaches
I'm 30. I've been getting headaches for the past six months or so. Before that, I never had headaches before. I get them when I've been reading or when I've been frowning or squinting (like if I'm furrowing my brow because I'm concentrating, or squinting because the sun is in my eyes). The pain is usually in my forehead above my eyebrows, but at the moment, I have a pain in my temple.
You might need reading glasses. Next time you're at the drug store, try some on and see. They have a chart there.
Your headaches are tension headaches. If you're only getting them 3-4 days a week, find what works best for you. Excedrin, (my husband swears by it) Advil, Aleve, Tylenol, or aspirin. Go to WalMart and buy their generics. Take the maximum dose recommended. Any more will not help.
If you're getting these headaches every day, first check out the reading glasses, and then see your doctor. You do not have to live with headaches. You'll see.
