I hate migraines! Have any Migraine Sufferers out there tried anything herbal that actually works?

As Migraspray? Me migraines 6 times a month. I am a very busy student and work full-time work, volunteer and I like to go well. Migraines really the road and sometimes no matter how much you try to force me, I can not act as if nothing is wrong. If anyone has tried herbs that actually work-not half, but are truly effective, please let me know. Thanks!

Also suffer from frequent migraines - usually 3 to 4 weeks. They really suck, so I know how you feel. The only thing that works for me is Imitrex. Rx is a migraine medication. It comes in tablets, nasal spray and injection. Take the pills. They leave me a little dizzy, but its worth it to get rid of migraine. And it does get rid of it completely. Some people find that certain foods or additives to give them migraines. I can not handle sulfates, mostly found in wine. Other people can not eat the nitrates, commonly used in the lunch meat, ham cured and hot dogs, among other things. Some people get migraines from eating food dyes. MSG is a common cause, too. You can also try cutting several things from your diet for a month to see if there is something you eat is causing the reaction. For me, apart from avoiding wine, the only thing that works is to take a Imitrex when I feel that comes.
