i have the following symptoms :: sinus pressure , nausea , headache , runny nose , mild cough.
last week i wore my hair outside semi-wet ( im an african american girl ) i think thats what caused it. these symptoms start about 3 days ago. and when ever i get out of bed i feel nausea and dizziness
im 14 years old.
the only medicine i took was vicks nyquil cold and flu.
i have no idea whats wrong with me though.
and whenever sometimes when i cough , it gives me a headache for a couple of seconds.
please dont just tell me to go to the doctor. and please dont be smart and say "u have a cold smartness"or sum ishh like that.

Sounds like a sinus infection.
Use ice on sinuses where you have pressure & pain.
Take Tylenol Extra Strength Rapid Release Gelcaps for pain & headaches.
The nausea is probably from the headaches.
Suck on eucalyptus cough drops.
Use Saline Nasal Spray 3-4X/day
Drink lots of fluids.
Drink hot tea with lemon (kills germs).
If it lasts more than 2 weeks you ought to go to MD because you may need antbiotics.
