Sinus pressure usually causes headaches that don't go away and may cause dizziness. It may even turn into a sinus infection. The best solution I have found it so flush your nose with a saline solution:
1 cup warm water
1/2 tsp salt
pinch of baking soda
Mix and irrigate your nose (both nostrils).
Or just take some psudephedrine to clear your sinuses.
