If the following symptoms suggestive of a sinus infection?

My symptoms are: excessive saliva in your mouth, swallow, constant oppression in the throat as a result of always swallowing, belching more often as a result of swallowing saliva, post-nasal drip. Also, I noticed a crack in my ears, and make a popping sound when I blow my nose enough. Is this a sinus infection? How can it be cured? Thanks for the reply. But does not explain the post-nasal drip I've had.

This is not a sinus infection at all. Many people, including me, heard crack or pop when the nose is blown. As to excessive belching, swallowing, may be due to mild reflux and / or indigestion. Chronic Sinusitis Symptoms - How To Discover Them?
