Could I have a deviated septum or nasal polyps?

I constantly have problems with runny nose, cough and headache after sinus sinuses. The headaches are worse after exercising and being outdoors for long periods of time. My doctor has prescribed azithromycin for cough, and have used nasal sprays for sinus pressure, but the results are short-term relief at best. Im wondering if its time to see a specialist of if theres no other treatment that may prove.

Try Sudafed. nasal spray was useless to me. I also have chronic sinusitis, post nasal drip mind blowing headaches and flu is the usual for me. Once I reached the acute stage, is really bad! I was in bed for a week with fever stabbing that wouldnt go down with medication until ... realized that the machine had a headache and realized that it could be a sinus infection. Got an X-ray SNPs confirmed and started within my meds. Augmentin etc but now I have with the Sudafed, not continuously, only when I get a severe headache and flu. Lempsip Max is always in my closet, I prefer the lemon flavor. Do not swim if u swim deep, meaning dont dive. Ur Cover head with a towel over a bowl of hot water with mint or nothing at all. Avoid cold, dry weather, remember to layer when u go out! If all doesn't work, see your doctor ur!
