Sinus Pressure Headache
Chronic dull headache, sinus pressure??For more than a month I've had this dull headache daily with pressure breast. I have no nasal congestion or runny nose. The pain is worse when I lean more pressure. My doctor assures me it is not a sinus infection and is supposed to have Flonase allergy and prescribed pain medication and allergy. Well almost a month after my symptoms worse and started affecting me the night until dawn, what's going on??
Ony things that really helped me was when my doctor told me about a sinus wash that kill bacteria. need distilled water sea salt liquid chlorophyll and colloidal silver in the health food store. in a mixing glass with 1.4 cup water a pinch of salt and heat to body temperature. add 5 drops each silver and chlorophyll and mix. using a large dropper (like one used for infant medication) drop 2 full droppersfull side of the nose while laying down. Turn your head and let it drain the other nostril. Make sure you have paper hand towels. The silver kills the bacteria and there are several hundred species that can live in the nasal cavities and antibiotics will not get rid of them all. Do this twice a day for a week, stirring the mixture every time. Then performed once a week for maintenance. There is nothing in this that will hurt you, and cured me. I do not I have to take Claritin or other antibiotics. best wishes
