Headache. Pressure / sinus caused .. what to do to get rid of it?

I've had this headache and out of the last couple of days .. I'm sick right now, and the pain is in the front of my head, and wrap my ears. During the last couple of days to try to get rid of this headache who have tried to take Excedrin (which is usually the only medicine that gets rid of my headaches), Tylenol, Advil, Advil Migraine, light clothing in my head, rest in the dark, taking naps .. and still I have this headache .. Does anyone know how I will help?
