Sinus Headaches Relief

Need relief from sinus please answer all the suggestions made please help!?

Almost every day for the past 2 years I have suffered from the worst sinus headaches forever. the strange thing is that it gets really bad and that's all the other days that occur mainly in the morining. The last anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour. At that time and I am totally useless because nobody can work under that pain. I'm desperate for some relief. I refer to my doctor and I have veramyst nasal spray 2 sprays in each nostril in the morning, no-sleep more clartin D in the morining too. someone please tell me what I can do five minutes of relief. Oh I should mention my room where I sleep is in the back of the house on the patio, where cats are my and my pool. My walk in closet has a loft where we keep our Christmas decorations and so humid and dusty place in my room. I dust, but the smell of my pain trigger aersol dusters head. anyawy please please help me.
