For the last few weeks i have been getting a blocked nose most mornings when i wake up and it really just wont go away, im pretty sure its giving me headaches most days. I asked my doctor and he recommended over the counter allergy tables, they work great at getting rib of the blocked nose but make me very sleepy. But i checked the pollen count today and its very low, but i still have the blocked nose and headache, is my problem allergy at all? Can anyone recommend any other treatments?
I have bad sinus and allergies and i have tried all the over counter medicines. However, I found that it makes it worse. Try seeing an acupunturist that is also a chinese herbalist. Haven't had a sinus attack, migraine, or allergies in nearly 2 years. Try it , i swear by it.
