what to do for a sinus infection?I think I have a sinus infection. I had headaches every day for like 2 weeks. my ear hurts (I had an ear infection 4 weeks ago) i have unpleasant nasal drip (when the lining of the nose runs down the back of the throat) makes difficult to sleep because his ew .. and I'm always very tired. I went to the dr. as 4 weeks to receive treatment for an ear infection. He developed a cold as anything so I went back a week later. and dr. I thought I had mono or strep (which I did not) now I think I have a sinus infection. sounds like breast infection?? What can I do to improve? in particular, the headaches ... they are horrible and no Advil, ibuprofen, or Tylenol is working: (thanks:)
Apparently the potassium iodide is supposed to help.

Causes and Symptoms of Sinus Headaches
Many people often overlook the impacts that sinus has on their body. Often, some doctors might not give a correct diagnosis when sinus could be the main cause for a blinding headache. This usually happens when the sinus are inflamed.
