How to cure a sinus headache?I tried to lift the pillow, taking Panadol, and drinking hot .. but it still hurts like crazy.
Since you have already taken some kind of medicine that does not take any more, at least 4 hours or less. One of the things I do and I know it sounds weird, but it helps me. I put a lot of Vick's vapor rub his forehead. I know it smells funny, but inhalation of fumes just seem to relax more than and I think my sinuses drain a little. You can also eat something spicy, but do not know if that helps too. If it gets worse or does not go to see a doctor, you can have a Infection. Up to certain antibiotics.
