I have sinus facial pain with tinnitus and vertigo?I have had tinnitus for about six months just woke up with him. for months I've been having "Dizzy spells last three / heavy head, I have pain in my eyes and my temples with a constant feeling that I have to pull my ears. Nothing really comes down my nose, but if I pop my ears I will have pressure on the nose then a hiss / pop and rises for a short time. i can cope with tinnitus, but it is vertigo, head feeling heavy and the pressure of the temple that really get me down. I tried Sudafed, an antihistamine, amoxicillin, Flixonase, SERC, stemitil, ibuprofen, all with little effect, I've tried saline nasal wash very temporary relief, the only time my dizziness is gone is the first thing one morning and when I'm in a car. I am desperate and terrified by a board might be something wrong any help would be appreciated
