Why is it always me Sinus Infections every time you change the climate?I always sinus infections every time you change the climate. It is starting now with the sore throat, mucus, and chest pain / congestion. Does anyone know why this happens and / or other resources that are preferred integral?
perhaps seasonal allergies. I can take zinc and magnesium tablets every day during the winter and that keeps me from getting sick each use sick.i two weeks in the winter until I read about the zinc. you can get this at any pharmacy, wal-mart, etc.
