Severe Sinus Headache

There was sinus infection last week, the infection has gone, but now I have a severe headache, they could be connected?

Do you have over sinus infection over the weekend. Then on Thursday (five days after the infection was gone) I have this headache terrible that I had all of yesterday and today. It started behind my eyes and my temples, and today is my whole head. The possibility of meningitis could be caused by my sinus infection has been on my mind, but my neck is not hard. However, I have nausea, a symptom of meningitis and migraines, but migraines usually only on one side of the head, right: If it helps the pain is very strong. I have no sensitivity to light, however, when one of my children accidentally while ran on me I was picking something up, and hit her chin felt like it hit me in the head with a bat. Any idea what this could be? I been drinking lots of water, and not make it go away.
