OK, more than likely, is a matter of dehydration. Make sure you are drinking lots of water 2-4 liters of water a day. Also, do not drink soft drinks, energy drinks or coffee. These will cause further dehydration. I know many people I told them to drink beverages with caffeine for migraines. However, if this is a headache, dehydration, this will make it worse. If you must drink a caffeinated drinks, try some different types of tea. Do not get dehydrated as bad as the other drinks with caffeine. If you choose a coffee, energy drinks or soda remember this, for every two cups of coffee, a soda or an energy drink, you need additional drink a liter (32 oz) (4cups) of water to counteract dehydration. In addition, if there is a migraine, I recommended chiropractic care. Chiropractic has helped many people with migraine. Hope this helps. Really I wish you the best.
