Severe Headaches
Recently had a lot of severe headaches and felt tired a lot during the day.
It could be anything ranging from possible pregnancy to Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. It could be that you're not getting enough nutrients or eating right. And it could even be stress.
If it's just recently that it's been happening (within a couple of weeks to maybe even a month or two) I'd say it's just stress and I'd suggest to try to relax. Hot bath, soothing, etc.
If it's disrupting your life or routine I would suggest talking to your family doctor. I doubt it's anything serious, but if it's really messing up your routine and possibly even how you function then I'd go get checked to see what it could be.
