Remedy For Sinus Headache
I need a home remedy for a bad sinus headache!?I can not get to the store today, and I have a bad headache, breast pain. Is there a home remedy I could try? They have eucalyptus oil (which someone had told me to try and breathe the steam boiling, but I have none). I keep getting a hot towel on my face and it feels good, but stop as soon as the pain is there again. Help! This is so uncomfortable.
Boil water in a pot and while boiling pour some Vicks into the boiling water and sniff, make sure you have a napkin in hand will have a stuffy nose. testing it.
