Relieve Sinus Headache
Any good recommendations on how to relieve a sinus headache?? I am a nurse, so we know about medical treatment traditional. I'm more concerned about alternative ways of treating this. I have curious to know if anyone has had success with traditional therapies, at home. I'm on the third day of this thing, and really wanted to get rid of it. Thanks for any help.

I hope you're resting, for now, and feel better:) I have a bad headache today, but my all stress.These last ten days or less, was not easy, hard work to do and the team gives me all kinds of problems.But'm taking care of myself, do not worry. My mom used to have headaches associated with breasts and I asked what had that do.She agree with those who responded before me, especially in the heat (unless you have a inflammation.In this case, the cold is better), and sends a big hug:) They both remain in our thoughts and hope you get better soon, soon!)
