treatment of temporomandibular joint disorder??

I've had for about 3 years now ... im 21 ... and documents that I have one of the worst cases of TMJ ... very serious ... Anybody know or have had or tried, with experience ... all in all treatment methods for fixing / curing this .... or even the ideas / solutions to ease the pain and everything that comes along with it ... my jaw pain, ear pain, neck pain, back pain, pain shoulder, severe headaches that literally paralyze me ... BAD shut bite splints (have tried to destroy ,.... i) I have the teeth ground floor ... where they can not even biting or just make a tooth biting into something as simple as a slim Jim type thing. PLEASE anything ...
