What are some natural remedies for acne?

I've been reading and looking at natural cures and I thought I've been taking medication for acne than a year and sometimes I have a headache, and acne is not clear either. Okay, I admit, I take it as faithfully as I do, but now I'm starting to wonder whether or not putting the drug into my body.
