I have strange headache / migraine that will not go away?

On Monday morning, I woke up with swollen tonsils. I have weird cough, headache and nasal congestion. My tonsils are fine now and my nose is a bit clear. But my cough is still here and so is my headache. Whenever I get up from laying down, my head is throbbing hard, but it disappears after a few seconds. Any suggestions or what do? I'm fifteen years old and my mom or dad does not care. -.-
