What is a good medicine or cure for migraine?My headaches are so strong that some times I feel l am going to die pills common do not help
You should see a neurologist. There are two ways to go about how to treat migraines, and usually a combination of the two is better. You want to prevent migraines, and to prevent when they come. For prevention, the best thing to do first is to keep a migraine diary. Keep track of what you eat and when, how much sleep, and when migraines occur. See if there is any relationship between certain foods or getting too much or too little sleep. food Common triggers include MSG, nitrates, nitrites, preservatives, some cheeses (cheddar, feta cheese), red wine, cold meats and sausages (except for preservative-free rates, like Applegate Farms), and more. For some people, a daily preventative medication is necessary. A couple of things are used to it. Beta blockers and blockers calcium channel, commonly used for high blood pressure can help prevent migraines. So can certain medications for seizures (Topamax, Depakote.) Nothing is without risk, like any medicine, so that you and your doctor should determine if you are really in need of daily prevention. There alternatives, too. I take a daily vitamin B complex Some people get help to take feverfew. Staying hydrated is so important, and avoid triggers. To stop a migraine in place, most doctors recommend triptans. These include Imitrex, Relpax, Zomig, and more. Taken at the first sign of a migraine. Other things you use, too. You should talk to a doctor, preferably a neurologist about the options here. Moreover, pepper cayenne can stop a migraine. I use pepper capsules. I have also have good luck with acupuncture, both prevention and the time actually has a migraine. It works wonders for some people. Gatorade can help, especially if migraine was caused by dehydration. Certain scents can help some people-I use lavender and peppermint essential oils. Lavender can be made directly on the skin, but can not mint, so that mixing the two in a carrier oil. Badger also makes a Headache Balm has lavender and mint, and some other essential oils. It is very important to be careful what you take to prevent Rebound Headaches. Rebounds are often caused by drugs in migraine, which is frustrating. Migraine disappears for a while, and then comes again in full force or, worse when medicine disappears. You should definitely see a neurologist to discuss the options. Best of luck to you!
