Can running in cold weather trigger a migraine headache?

I know this sounds really stupid, but I went to the track tonight and it was / jogged a mile. It is the first time I've done any type of running in not remember how long. I was dressed warm because was 20-25 degrees outside. When I finished and went back to my car in my chest and ears began to burn and my glasses cloudy. A few minutes later began to ache. On the way home I had some difficulty breathing and headaches began to worsen. When I got home I got into a hot bath seemed to help a little. Then I just laid on the couch and read a couple of hours. As I put there my headache kept getting worse and other Migraine Symptoms begin to appear (Sensitivity to light, nausea, severe pain) and my chest started feeling tight again. I just wanted to know if this is normal. It's been a while since I've driven as I did tonight (especially cold) and I wonder how to make it go away.

sounds like it's more a question of the sinuses. You were all for breathe through the nose I'm assuming. Cold air basically froze the mucus in the Sinus Cavities. The reason it got better in the hot bath was the steam. Try a hot compress on its upper surface, covering the eyes (will help with the sensitivity to light) and allowed to stand until it begins to cool. You may also have started a problem with their ears against the cold as well. If you continue to feel sick with nausea, then get some candles ear and follow the instructions for them.
