Migraine Relief

Anyone have suggestions for migraine relief?

I get 2 to 3 migraines a week these days and daily headaches. I have seen regular doc, a neurologist, therapist and therapist .... all at no or hardly no relief. What seems dramatic, but I do not know much more I can take and I am ready to end it. If not for my family, I would have done long ago. Any suggestions for relief??? I'm at the end of my rope. Thanks Thanks for the suggestions. I've had a few people trying to suggest a chiropractor, but simply I do not trust them. Maybe it's time I did? He had back surgery in 2005 and it seems that is when the headaches intensified. I think I'll make a call of this week. Thanks again ....

Have you tried a chiropractor? Not for everyone, but it helps me immensely after my accident. My husband also has been in and out of the years, usually if you start to have a lot of migraines that something is in the neck. A couple of sessions and that is good.
