Doctors pls.is this terrible migraine headache or something?

I want a doctor to meet husband it.my terrible headaches 4 or 5 times a week without any reason.it lasts only 20 or 30 hours later, suddenly ends without any obvious cause was found could treatment.some be: bad position inthe head from the pillow, or sometimes a small glass of alcoholic beverage. pain.we massage can only constant attention to the need of your help to find reason. thnks doctors said he must find reason.and not be helped. perhaps controlled by medicine
