for migraine betacap tr im using 40 mg and 10 mg sibbilium the last 2 years plz advice How safe is this.?

my wife is 35 years. she suffers from migraine since the last 4-5 years .., after consulting a neurologist who began with betacap TR 40 + triptomer mg 10 mg .. for a year ... then after continuing with betacap TR 40 + sibbilium mg 10 mg ... although a bit .... relief, but how long must follow these medications and there is any effect secondary to take over such a long period? plz ..... advice with thanks.

Perhaps it is past time to visit a chiropractor and see how can help. It is often a very common problem for them to treat effectively.
