I think I have common migraine aka menstrual migraine. Is there anything I can do it make it better? I've already taken panadol.
ok well there is something u can do. i suggest u relax trust me its the only way. i get bislar type migraines and i have been getting them for 10 yrs and i have learnt from experience that going to sleep is the best way to cure a migraine. its even better than taking painkillers. go to sleep u will feel better later
