Home Remedies For Headaches

Everyone gets headaches from time to time, and there are hundreds of over the counter products that can help alleviate our symptoms. However, it isn't always necessary to fill our bodies with these drugs - after all; people had headaches long before Tylenol was invented. Here are some home remedies that allegedly work.

Place an ice-cold piece of cooking foil on your forehead. According to a doctor who has been studying headaches the foil actually cools the blood and the headache subsides very quickly.
