Migraine Headache?I have had this headache for over 24 hours. Suddenly struck around 3 pm yesterday. It all began in my occipital area, then spread to my neck and uppershoulder / scapula / clavicle area. I've overcome the dose to Excedrine, and tried to naproxen, well, and has not helped at all. I tried to sleep, ice and a hot bath, and those who have not worked well. I'm about to go crazy, and if they can relieve pain next 24 hours I think I'll go to the emergency room. Does anyone know any other relief meathods or home remedies I can try to relieve the pain?

Tension Migraine Relief
Did you know that a tension migraine is much more likely to occur during the middle of the day than
