what is the best cure for headaches, besides pills?

I suffer headaches every day and I'm tired of taking pills every day have tried numerous doctors. i adjusted my diet (cutting certain foods) any natural pls suggest. they are tension headaches and I usually have Anadin extra caffine is aspirin and paracetamol. If we take any of these separately I'm sick.
