Any home remedies for a Sinus Headache?

Excedrin and Tylenol I have not touched. Any remedy for the pain and pressure around the house? I'll try anything at this point

Sure, I'm guessing a sinus infection, so here are some things you can do. The next time you shower, flush the water in your head and the area of bridge of nose for a few minutes then blow your nose, you can put a humidifier in the room too, or, you can go to Walmart, Kmart, etc and get some tablets that can rinse shower, nasal spray is good too.
