Ideas for the relief of headache?

I've had constant headaches for the past 3 years. I mean constant, I can not think of a day without pain. I have a lot of sleep, I drink lots of caffeine, drink plenty of water (but not much). Usually you can stand the pain, I've learned to deal with him. , On an average day, the peaks of pain in about 5, with a high near 3 (pain scale of 1-10, 10 being the worst). Every few weeks I have a migraine murderer, usually around 8 or 9, although I had a few 10s. These are real headaches, pain so intense, I'm in tears, I can not stand the slightest sound or light, I collapsed, unable to move from pain. I have not had insurance in the last 2 years, I can go get it checked. Looking for ideas pain relief, preferably legal. I'm out of ideas. Excedrin makes me vomit, and regular Tylenol, alive, and Advil no longer work.
