Frontal Sinusitis

What is the best homeopathic medicine for the frontal sinus and nasal congestion right?

I am suffering from chronic sinusitis and nasal congesation right years.Every side to side 5 races last minute cold in my forehead.I had taken to many antibiotics, vitamins, antihistamines and injections. But, I feel no trace of relief.I had taken many also homeo Basilinum200, San Can, Cal Carb, Nat Mur, Psorinum, Nux, Turbercullinum, Bellodona, Brynia, Ars alb, Kali iod, Kali Nitricum, Aconitum, Arnica and etc. But, relief.Kindly not help. I have also Bicho Kali, Kali sulph, sol Mer, Arg Nit, etc. and some Pulstilla bichomemic drugs like Nat Mur 6x, Silica6x, Nat Sulph 6x etc.But no relief.

Custom sinusitus support (initially), but if you want to clear congestion nasal, learning the Buteyko breathing method. I do not think that can work? Try this simple test: gently pinch your nose to block the entry of air (so no cheating), exhale and not to breathe again, rock your head up and down for as long as you can, but breathe before it is too uncomfortable. When you breathe, try to do so gently through the nose and (very hard to make the first few times you're starved for breath and you want to drink in!). Wait 20-30 seconds until maybe you are breathing normally again and repeat, 3 or 4 times. If done correctly, the nose will be clear.
