Coffee drinkers have traditionally been warned about the ill effects of coffee drinking on one's health. For instance, women were advised to avoid coffee as consumption could lead to the development of lumps in the breast, which over time might become cancerous. As a result, some people switched to de-caf; others gave up coffee and the rest of us continued to down our daily java as we ignored our guilty feelings.

However, due to many recent research studies, we can now drink without guilt. Medical research in the United States, Canada and Sweden has debunked many theories such as coffee causing breast lumps in women. Not only that, but also many studies has concluded that coffee can actually be beneficial to one's health.
