Dehydration Headaches
Ive been getitng headahces on the right side of my head and noticed that it goes away when i drink alot of water AND OR when i drink blueberry juice fortified with b vitamins, ive also been getting muscle twitching which a doctor told me was anxiety but he was kind of wishy washy and just seemed like he wanted to prescribe something and get me out of there. I know dehydration can cause headahces but why does it happen only on one side, can lack of b vitamins cause this too?
it might be a Sinus Headache, i notice alot of times one of my nostrils is closed, eighther the left or right but usually the left, anyone have any experience with this? do sinus headaches occure often?
It might be a sinus headache-I get those occasionally and yes you should drink 1 to 3 liters of water a day. Vitamin B-6 (pyridoxine) deficiency can cause a headache-I would just eat a bowl of Total cereal in the morning-I know, sounds dumb, but it has your daily vitamins-can't hurt to try it.
