Lactose intolerance, allergies, or the result of surgery?About six months ago, I had my gallbladder removed. After surgery, I had some trouble digesting fatty foods, but now I'm fine with things like cream, pasta and ice (I've also been eating less junk food lose some weight but still eat pasta frequently.) The cheese is never a problem for me. I had some dietary supplements changes as a result of surgery and as a result of moving into an apartment with my husband shortly after we married (September). I've been eating healthy. One thing I noticed though, is that milk and milk-based drinks gives me instant diarrhea. Also I have very bad sinuses. I used to get Sinus Infections often, but in the past year I have been giving sinus headache Benadryl and cure ear infections. Milk has always made me sneeze, even as a baby and has always produced mucus. Although I am vegetarian and I'm open to healthy food choices, I can not take soy or organic milk. Why am I having problems with milk?
I had my gallbladder removed in January, you know that your body doesn't digest fat and when we do not have the gallbladder. I only drink organic milk 1% now and stop eating fatty foods. You do not have lactose intolerance or who would be very sick when they eat milk. It is propably allergy reaction
