Cluster headaches from migraines?

I've been having horrible headaches for about four months (I had a baby makes four months and I talked to my doctor about it and said it should be gone by now if hormone). I want to know what is the difference between cluster headaches and migraines and if anyone has had one or two of them and it was for you. Thanks for any help.
