Clogged Sinuses
Its 4AM, and I can not sleep ... BREAST CLOGGED ... please help !!!!!?Its 4:00 a.m. now, and my nose is a bad coat. His clear fliud leak, but my breasts feel so clogged. Inside I can feel my face burning under my eyes. Also my ears pop in any time I swallow my throat starting to hurt I can sleep ... Anyone have any advice? PLEASE ?????
Ewww disgusting breasts! Drink a cup of tea with lavender / chamomile for insomnia. Perhaps some Tylenol PM sinusitis and congestion, the maximum force. (I agree with Vicks Vapor Rub too. Great stuff!) Also, take a hot shower, warm with a great amount of water vapor and then apply a hot towel over your nose and cheeks (breasts). The heat really should help drain all, just said be ready for drainage. You can get a little creepy, but better than the pain and pressure. Hope this helps!
