What is the cause of my Chronic Headaches?
I have been suffering from recurrent headaches on my left temple from time to time about one and a half. I saw a doctor about it, but seemed to dismiss my complaints. Without any image, was diagnosed as tension headaches and I ibuprofen said. I'm a little concerned that it is always in the same area, however. Could it have been underdiagnosed? What else could it be?
I was diagnosed with migranes since I was 3 (the way they figured out I have no idea) but were not a problem, ie, interrupting my routine daily, until I graduated from middle school. Once in college I realized more and I was also concerned because they usually last a few seconds, but were so painful. I saw a few doctors and what they had informed me that there are three things that can affect (although I'm sure there are more), headaches / migranes. caffiene too much stress, insufficient sleep perhaps in the last year or so your eating habits, sleeping habits have changed work habits? Also could be related to their vision. One of the first things my doctor asks me is what I do for a job (in other words ... I'm sitting in front of a computer screen all day).
