Anxiety or just stress?I'm not sure if I have anxiety or not. Or is the normal stress right age? I had a chronic headache stress for a month or two, now that I'm running down. I have tried to keep calm about it, but I get very worked up about when it will go, what which leads to anxiety? maybe. I do not suffer panic attacks, but my doctor had prescribed Amitritylene to calm me and break the cycle of headaches. I would appreciate any comments? treated with 20 mg im amitriptylene a week ago with some relief in the intensity but not completely gone! please help it take some time for medicines to work? I have been taking magnesium and vitamin B complex for 3 weeks and still nothing happened.
Talk to your doctor about detoxification. After detoxification, take medicines, would probably work just as well as a specialist told me that. But otherwise, I'm trying to help. Good luck
